Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 24x7 Rudra Creative Home Decor & Architects PVT LTD, we involve significant intellectual capital, time, and custom material procurement the moment a project is onboarded. Therefore, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our design and turnkey services.
1. Initial Booking Advance
To commence any project, start site measurements, and begin the 2D layout planning process, we require an initial booking advance.
- Non-Refundable: The initial booking token/advance is strictly non-refundable once our team has conducted the first site visit or commenced drafting the initial 2D floor plans.
- This covers the administrative efforts and the intellectual property generated during the conceptual stage.
2. Cancellation During Design Phase
If you wish to terminate the project after the 3D renders and technical drawings have been provided but before civil work/manufacturing begins:
- You will be billed solely for the design fees calculated on a per-square-foot basis or as agreed upon in the contract.
- If your milestone advances paid exceed the design fee, the balance will be refunded within 14-21 working days.
- Upon termination, you will retain the rights to use the provided designs for your execution.
3. Cancellation During Execution / Turnkey Phase
Once material orders have been placed or custom modular units have entered production:
- Custom Materials: No refund is possible for custom-manufactured items (e.g., modular kitchens, custom wardrobes, cut marble/tiles).
- Standard Materials: If standard materials have been delivered to the site but are unused, we may attempt to return them to the vendor. However,restocking fees and inward-outward transport costs will be deducted from your advance.
- Pro-rata billing will be applied for the labor and civil work already executed up to the date of formal cancellation.
4. Company Initiated Cancellation
24x7 Rudra Creative reserves the right to cancel the contract if:
- The client fails to clear pending milestone payments within an unreasonable timeframe.
- The site proves to be unsafe for our workers or structurally compromised in a way not previously disclosed.
In such cases, refunds will be calculated after adjusting for the value of work already delivered and materials procured.
5. Process for Refund Requests
All cancellation and refund requests must be communicated formally in writing via email to rudracreativehomedecor@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid. Approved refunds will be routed back to the original mode of payment within 14-21 working days.
