Welcome to 24x7 Rudra Creative Home Decor & Architects PVT LTD. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and our website, located at rudracreativehomedecor.in.

By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Scope of Services

We provide architectural planning, interior design, 3D elevation, Vastu consultancy, and turnkey construction services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be explicitly detailed in a separate customized "Letter of Award" or "Project Agreement" signed by both parties.

2. Design Revisions & Approvals

Client satisfaction is our priority. As part of our standard process:

• We offer a predefined number of design revisions (usually up to 3 iterative changes) during the 2D planning and 3D modeling phases.
• Any significant structural changes requested after formal sign-off on the 3D renders will be subject to additional fees and extended timelines.
• All technical drawings proceed to execution only strictly after the client's written approval.

3. Project Timelines & Site Readiness

While we strive to deliver all projects within the estimated timeline mentioned in your contract, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Unavailability of chosen raw materials in the local market.
• Delays in the client providing necessary site access or electricity/water required for civil work.
• Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns, etc.).

The company is not liable for financial compensation due to project delays resulting from factors beyond our direct control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are staged according to project milestones. Standard structure details:

• A non-refundable booking advance is required to commence design work (See our Refund Policy).
• Subsequent payments are tied to milestone completions (e.g., Material procurement, Civil completion, Final handover).
• Work may be temporarily halted if milestone payments are delayed by more than 7 working days.

5. Warranty & Liability

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our executed turnkey projects for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues (duration specified in your project agreement). This warranty is void if:

• Damages are caused by client misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damages occur due to pre-existing structural issues in the building not handled by us (e.g., building seepage).

Our maximum liability relating to the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, 24x7 Rudra Creative Home Decor & Architects PVT LTD owns the intellectual property rights for all material, floor plans, 3D renders, and conceptual designs created before and during the project. Clients are granted a limited license to use the final designs exclusively for the physical implementation of the initially scoped project.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Patna, Bihar.
